Where We Ship (Responsibly)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We are not yet shipping internationally, but as we grow in a conscious and sustainable way, we look forward to extending our reach beyond U.S. borders.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories at this time — this helps us reduce lost shipments and unnecessary re-routing.

Processing Time (Quality Takes Time)

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your items with care.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) typically enter processing the same day.
Orders placed after hours, weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.
During high-demand seasons, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.

Each package is packed with care, and we strive to reduce waste at every step.

Estimated Shipping Time

Your package usually arrives within 2–5 business days after it leaves our facility.

Factors that may affect delivery:

  • Weather-related interruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holiday-related surges

If your order hasn’t arrived by the 7th business day, don’t worry — just reach out and we’ll take care of it.

As soon as your package leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking email with real-time updates.

You’ll be able to:

  • See when your order ships
  • Watch it travel to you
  • Get notified upon delivery

If tracking hasn’t updated after 72 hours, please reach out — we’ll jump in.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

We’re here to make it right. Please contact us if:

  • Tracking hasn’t updated in over 5 days
  • Your order is marked as “delivered” but is missing
  • Your items arrived damaged or incomplete
  • It’s been 7 business days and you haven’t received your order
