At Yomigold, your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our service. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. We’re here to ensure that if you need to return an item, the process is fair, transparent, and respectful of your time and expectations.
Return Eligibility: What Qualifies
Before sending your item back, please make sure it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- You’re able to provide proof of purchase, such as a digital receipt or order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
Timeframe: 30 Days From Delivery
You have a 30-day window from the date your order was delivered to start the return process. If the 30-day mark has passed, we won’t be able to accept the return — though you’re welcome to reach out if there’s an exceptional situation.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by email at support@yomigold.com. In your message, kindly include the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation email
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting the return
- A photo or video of the product, especially if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Once we receive your request, we will review it within 72 business hours and follow up with return instructions. Please wait for our response before sending anything back.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
Unless your return is the result of our error (such as an incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for:
- The cost of return shipping
- Ensuring the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We do offer exchanges, but only in the following scenarios:
- You received an incorrect product or wrong size
- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival
If you qualify for an exchange, please follow the same steps outlined above for initiating a return. Once approved, we’ll process your replacement as soon as possible.
Additional Notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale, customized, or personalized items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Items returned without prior approval or without the required documentation may not be processed or refunded.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
